Do you know when you laugh, everyone laugh with you, but when you cry no one cries with you. We are living in a fair-weather world. No one cares about your sorrows. Life will move on weather you are happy or sad. No one has time to share your sorrows. And think from their perspective, why some one will waste their time for you. Instead of trying to overcome the sorrow what we do, we treat ourselves with excessive indulgence, try to gain the sympathy from your close ones or loved ones. When we don’t get the expected treatment from loved ones or close peoples we keep ourselves in a same situation till we gain some sympathy or try to seek the attention by one or the other means. Most of the people have this attitude, some may go more crazy and make others too. The question is, why not to treat yourself by any mean to push you out of this difficult situation?. May be its not easy, may be it required lot of discipline, but why not do it for yourself.
what will you do to overcome any situation?, I would not like to categorize the situation, it could be anything such as broken relation, loss of wealth, or any worst situation.

Be Proactive, I know situation many times occurs without giving you any warning, in some cases it might be avoidable by showing little bit of pro activeness
Don’t run away from the problem, problem never gets resolved by running away from it. Face the situation, by keeping in mind that nothing is beyond the control.
Don’t drown yourself in booze, drowning yourself in a alcohol will not resolve your problem. You will loose more money and wake up with headache. And problems stays as it is.
Relax and don’t get panic, You can think ten times faster and with more accuracy when you are not panic. I don’t know what reaction occurs in human brain, when you get panic most of the time you don’t react correctly. Keep your spirit motivated.
You can take the help from your close friends, Off course yes, there is no harm in it. If you are comfortable with the person or your childhood friend with whom you can share your sorrows then do it. Sometimes keeping the problem to yourself doesn’t work. Don’t push yourself in the depression.
